8-Week Self-Study Course

A college-level Applied Kinesiology course inspired by the National Pilates Certification Program (NPCP) requirements for the NCPT Exam.

This self-paced, video-based course builds a deep foundation in exercise anatomy, biomechanics, and movement analysis — all through the lens of Pilates.

Build It Up or Back It Up: A Progression/Regression Method for Smart Pilates Programming

This workshop teaches how to create intelligent and adaptable Pilates programs for every level of client. Learn how to define movement intentions, pair classical Pilates exercises across all apparatus, and apply progression and regression principles to enhance both challenge and accessibility.

The focus is on precision, creativity, and customization — helping instructors teach confidently in both group and private settings.

Bounce Back From Breast Cancer

Specialty Course — Empowerment Through Movement

This specialty course is designed for Pilates teachers working with individuals recovering from breast cancer who have been cleared by their physicians to begin exercise.

The course provides tools to safely and effectively design fitness programs for this population — focusing on restoring strength, confidence, and control through movement.

You’ll learn a Four-Phase Exercise Protocol for post-treatment recovery, understand the oncologic and reconstructive treatment types and their side effects, and develop the critical thinking skills necessary to individualize each client’s program.

All programming is taught within the Pilates Method Scope of Practice.
