Pilates Training

Pilates Teacher Training

Pilates is recognized as one of the most effective corrective exercise systems and intrinsic muscle training methods in Exercise Science.

The Pilates TEAM Program is rooted in the original work of Joseph H. Pilates, honoring the history of the classical method while integrating progression and regression exercises. Teacher trainees learn the principles and skills to build up and break down exercises across the full repertoire, gaining the ability to adapt movements to every client’s needs. We emphasize grouping exercises into purposeful sequences that create meaningful movement experiences for every person who walks through the door.

Our program not only preserves the integrity of the method but also presents progressive variations designed to meet the functional demands of today’s students. Training begins with foundational skills and concludes with a Certificate of Completion. The Pilates TEAM education program is fully aligned with the National Pilates Certification Program (NPCP®) and the International Teacher Training Approval Program (ITTAP), ensuring every graduate is qualified to sit for the National Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT) exam.
